CHE 444 - Experimental Biophysical Chemistry 2 Semester Hour(s)
Corequisite(s): CHE 443 A laboratory course used to explicate the fundamental approaches by physical chemists to understand the behavior of the biological process. This course will introduce the experimental procedures, interpretations, and development of physical chemistry concepts relevant to biological systems. Topics include solution Thermodynamics, enzyme kinetics, magnetic and optical spectroscopy, equations of state, and chemical equilibrium.
